I’m a Football Coach with Master Degree in Sport Psychology, certified as coach of young players UEFA C in Italy, recognized equivalent of the FA Level 2.
I I combined my passion for football and volunteering
covering the role of Football Coach for 7 years in a charity association. Now that my entrepreneurial activities have reached independence, I have decided to dedicate myself totally to football, and in a short time I immediately obtained great results both as Assistant Coach of the first team and as Head Coach of the youth sector of a.s.d. Real Parete, then I assume the role of Benevento's youth secotr coach, and now I'm the Head Coach at Casertana U15. 
In my volunteer carrier I have worked with children with additional needs and a variety of young people, including male and female, as well as different ethnicities, even with boys with alternative measures to detention.
My psychology studies allow me to work on motivation, team cohesion, and expand my influence on the boy's psychosocial development. The knowledge on the various stages of development helps me to guarantee training suited to the needs of each player, while simultaneously adopting a correct training management style through the technique of the Goal Setting Theory. Also important is the relationship I can establish with the parents, placing myself as a guide towards a conscious and participatory management of the sporting path of their children.
I am a dynamic person, willing to learn, who loves to work in team and very passionate about football and sport in general, with strong communicative and interpersonal skills, a leader firm believer of teamwork with high mentoring capacity. I believe I have a creative style of conducting training, with original and well-structured exercises, which provide for the constant use of the ball and high intensity, and which encourage the creative search for solutions by the players.
I firmly believe in exhibits the highest professional standards, ethical behavior, and respect with regard and adherence to league rules and regulations including good rapport with referees.
